Q. Do we serve other cites?
A. No. Currently Love Life Designs is a service local to Atlanta and surrounding areas, but for an added fee, will travel within two-hours of the Atlanta metropolitan area to deliver the romance package of your choice to hotels, cabins and bed & breakfasts. By popular demand we are now providing Create-It-Yourself packages to satisfy all of the calls that we have received from our out of state website visitors!

Q. Why is there a consultation fee?
A. Many people call LLD to obtain ideas and spend a lot of time in doing so. The fee will be deducted from your total cost should you decide to move forward.

Q. How long has Love Life Designs been around?
A. Since October of 2002.

Q. Can you help with selecting a hotel?
A. A hotel or bed & breakfast usually average between $99.00 and upward depending on if you’d like a suite and a particular hotel, (Additional nights may vary depending on the hotel and the season). We work with area hotels and bed and breakfast to keep your cost down.

Q. How can I pay for my Love Life Designs service?
A. LLD accepts cash, check and most major credit cards, via PayPal.

Q. How do I make a cash payment?

Q. What if I pay for service and have to cancel with short notice?
A. You will lose 10% of your total payment due if you cancel at anytime after payment has been received. You are subject to an even greater loss if you cancel after purchases have been made on your behalf. It is important that you read the Policy Page.

Q. Can I make partial payments for future decorating jobs?
A. Sure. However any remaining balance is required 5 days prior to the date of the event. This allows for the purchase of the products and services you have requested and partial payments are non-refundable.

Q. How far in advance must I reserve service?
A. Love Life Designs service requires a 5 day advance notice for a creation that includes any Add-on service such as hotel reservations made by Love Life Designs, horseback riding etc. The standard package offerings require at least 3 days advance notice.
